Lily AI is honored to be selected as a finalist in the 2024 Modern Retail Awards for the third year in a row. This year, Lily is featured in a hot new category: Best Use of AI! 

For the 2024 Modern Retail Awards, the finalists that were selected demonstrated that they emphasized authenticity and relatability through educational and experiential marketing and other community-centric initiatives. Compelling storytelling and strategic expansions into new product offerings also allowed brands and retailers to better connect with customers, leverage existing loyalty, and drive growth.
