Lily AI Welcomes James Beauchamp as Senior Vice President of Customer Success

To scale up growth and meet demand, Lily AI welcomes new leadership to head our customer success efforts.

Lily AI is excited to announce that James Beauchamp has joined its executive team as the first Senior Vice President of Customer Success. Reporting to Ahmed Naiem, President and Chief Revenue Officer, Beauchamp will be responsible for ensuring that customers have an ongoing strategic partner to help them drive growth via the accelerated adoption of AI throughout their enterprise. This new leadership position is critical in answering the incredible market demand for Lily AI and supporting the growth of our client base.

Beauchamp has an accomplished professional background, with 15+ years of experience in building customer success teams to support brands across multiple verticals, most significantly enterprise retailers and brands. Most recently, he spent eight years focusing on customer success at Zeta Global, rising to the level of Senior Vice President of Client Services. Previously, Beauchamp held roles of increasing responsibility at eBay Enterprises focused on client partnership, analytics, strategy, and CRM delivery.
